With the Arbor Parent App, you’ll be able to:
- Access your child’s academic progress: View attendance, assignments, exam timetables and reports in real-time.
- Stay updated on school events: Receive notifications about important school announcements, events, and calendar dates.
- Monitor your child’s behaviour events: Track any rewards and sanctions
- Track school payments and fees: Keep up with lunch balances, trip payments, and other school-related fees.

You will receive a welcome email with your login details and a link to the browser version of the Parent Portal, where you will need to set up a password. This cannot be done through the app, as the password reset links only work in a browser. You can use a computer or a mobile browser on your phone or tablet.
- Click the link in the email, then select “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your email address and click “Reset password”.
- If you have a child at more than one Arbor school, choose the relevant school.
- You will receive another email. Click the link in this email to set your password.
- Create your password and click “Create password”. You will then be logged in.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- For security, you will be asked to confirm one of your child’s dates of birth. Once verified, you will be logged in.
- You can now close your browser and switch to using the app.
- Visit your app store and search for ‘Arbor Parent Portal’.
- Download the app. iOS Download/ Android Download.
- Allow push notifications to avoid missing important messages.
- Enter your email address (do not use the auto-generated username, only your email).
- Select the school and enter your password, then click “Log in”.
- If you have multiple children at the school, select the child you wish to view first. You can switch between children once logged in.
- In the App, you’ll see a notification at the bottom right of your screen. Click this notification, then click Messages to see your message
- All new messages are marked as ‘NEW’ and are written in bold. Read messages will be written in normal text.
- Click the message to view it.
- In the App, click the View Student Profile button and go to Calendar from the left-hand menu.
- The full calendar displays the current week by default
- The month can be changed by clicking on the arrow next to the month and choosing another one.
- Change the view from day, week or month by clicking on the buttons.

- Click the menu icon at the bottom left of your screen. Select Clubs
- Click on the club to open up that club’s information page.
- Click a club to access the Club Overview. Click Register For This Club to sign up
- Next, select the period you would like to sign up for. This is dependent on what your school has set up, and may include a termly, weekly or daily package. Then click Next.
- Click the menu icon at the bottom left of your screen. Select Trips.
- The Trips main page features three sections – Upcoming Tripsare any trips the child is currently registered for, Past Trips are trips which have taken place and Trips Open are any trips that the child can currently be registered for.
- Select the trip to reach the Trip Overview.
- On the next page, if no payment is required you can sign up by clicking Add Consent.
- The basic attendance statics are available to view on the homepage, for more detailed information click Attendance
- Click Summaryto see statistics for Presents, Lates and Absences for the year to date, and for the last week
- Select By Date to see all the attendance marks given for the academic year, on a week-by-week basis
- On your Homepage, you can view your child’s points awarded, and the positive and negative incidents.
- To view more information, click the View Student Profile button
- Go to Behaviour from the left-hand menu
- All reports are available to view on the Parent App and Portal. Click the menu icon at the bottom left of your screen
- Select Report Cards.
- Select the report you’d like to download from the list
- Click the menu icon at the bottom left of your screen.
- Select Examinations
- You will then be able to view your child’s exam entries and results.
- Click on Guardian Consultations
- To book a meeting, click the available meeting at the bottom of the screen
- Click on the Time slot drop-down and choose the time you would like to attend the consultation, and which and which guardians will be attending
- Confirm your choice by clicking Yes and you’ll be sent an email confirmation
