Raising Attainment with Wellbeing

Report Highlight from the Wellbeing Coach Validation Statement

Highly effective senior and middle leadership of mental health and wellbeing, with clarity of roles that permeated down into the teaching and non-teaching staffing body.

Outstanding networking between teams (pastoral, SEND, Behaviour, Safeguarding) ensuring that no child with needs slips through the net.

A home-grown IT-based wellbeing alert system, understood and respected by the student body following its introduction, simple in useability but turning data into immediate information, supporting individualised interventions where necessary, and informing tutor group, year group and whole school planning.

A wonderful Mental Health Curriculum resource, again home-grown and promoting choice and variety so that children select and engage with the material in a very positive and affirmative way.

This is just a snapshot of effective practice.
