Lateral Flow Testing Reminder
As we are now entering cold and flu season, we would like to remind families to encourage their child to take part in the twice weekly testing programme.
We have noticed a number of students who have tested positive for COVID-19 displaying cold and flu symptoms. For example, sore throat, cough and runny nose. If your child displays any of these
symptoms, we would ask that they take a lateral flow test before coming into the Academy.
We are issuing lateral flow tests to the students that we have received consent for. If you have not given consent, please contact the Academy so we can update our records and issue your child with
a test kit.
I would urge you to support this programme in order to protect other members of our community from the spread of infection.
