Year 11 Matters Information and SEND Progress Evening

I am writing to invite you and your child to our Year 11 Matters Information and SEND Progress Evening, which will take place on Tuesday, 22 September from 4pm to 6pm. This event is an important opportunity for both students and parents to gather crucial information as we begin this vital year.
Your attendance, together with your child, is strongly encouraged. During the evening, you will receive detailed information about all of the key dates for Year 11, including examination periods, coursework deadlines, and other significant milestones. We will also be sharing information about post-16 open dates. Please note that if you are unable to attend, this evening will not be repeated. This will help you and your child to plan effectively for the months ahead and ensure that no important dates are missed.
Alongside the main presentation by senior staff in the auditorium, which will take place at 4:15pm and be repeated at 5:15pm, you will also have the opportunity to meet directly with Heads of Subject and our Inclusion Team in our Sports Hall. They will be available to answer your questions, discuss exam boards, and provide tailored advice on revision and assessment for each subject. This is a fantastic chance to gain insight and advice tailored to your child’s chosen subjects.
